Visit our online portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring that skis, boards, or boots are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or visit one of our physical storefronts for an immediate exchange.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the equipment to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
