Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before hitting the slopes.
How do I determine the right ski or snowboard size for me?
Sizing depends on your height, weight, and ability level. We provide detailed size charts on each product page, but generally, skis should reach between your chin and the top of your head, while snowboards should reach your collarbone or chin.
Do you offer professional binding mounting and adjustment?
Yes, we offer professional mounting services at our physical locations. For online orders, bindings are shipped unmounted for safety reasons; we recommend taking your gear to a certified technician to ensure your DIN settings are correctly adjusted to your weight and boot sole length.
What is your return policy for winter gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused merchandise in its original packaging with tags attached. Please note that used equipment or custom-mounted skis cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.
How long does shipping take for heavy equipment?
Standard shipping for skis and snowboards typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. We use specialized packaging to ensure your gear arrives protected and ready for the mountain.
Do you offer a price match guarantee?
Absolutely. If you find an identical, in-stock item at an authorized US retailer for a lower price, we will match it. Contact our support team with a link to the competitor's product to initiate a price match.
What should I do if my boots don't fit perfectly?
Ski and snowboard boots often require a 'break-in' period. If you experience discomfort, we offer heat-molding services at our shops to customize the liner to your foot shape. If they are still the wrong size, you can exchange them within 30 days as long as they haven't been used on the snow.
